 I.e. typically in

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations

Just delete the files from there.

To delete from quick access below, just right-click to unpin. 

In case you can not, pls do by the link
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations

then delete manually.
